FREE CHECKS FOR MR FLUFFY ASBESTOS IN KU-RING-GAI COUNCIL HOMES.

Homes and buildings constructed before the 1980’s usually contained significant quantities of asbestos. Overtime asbestos deteriorates and begins releasing tiny fibres into the air. These fibres when inhaled are dangerous to the health of anyone living or working in the vicinity.

Further, an asbestos insulation supplier going by the name ‘Mr Fluffy’ and active during the period 1960 through 70’s had supplied homes in the Ku-ring-gai Council areas with loose-fill asbestos insulation that has been determined to be dangerous to health.

If you do not live in the Ku-ring-gai Council area but your home is 30 or more years old, it might be a good idea to bring in an expert to test it for presence of asbestos insulation.
