Diabetes food pyramid 2.2.2

A diabetic should have balanced meals, like breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. To keep blood sugar normal they should only be needing to contain about 1550-1650 calories a day. A diabetic should moderate there carbohydrate intake, they will need to limit trans fat as much as possible. A diabetic can almost eat everything they normally would, but with most foods they will just need to limit there amount to contain good blood sugar.
