Eating Rules

In Belgium, the knife is in the right hand and a fork is in the left. When the meal is finished, the knife and fork are layed next to each other horizontally. All of the hands are above the table at all times. Most honored person is at the end of the table with a male to the right if it's a hostess, and a female to the right if it's a host. You don't have to tip in Belgium, but it's reccommended to tip 15% of your meal.

You probably should research these before going to Belgium. If your hands are below the table, you are being disrespectful to the citizens of Belgium.
