The 6th Amendment

The 6th Amendment clearly states that any one accused has the right to an attorney. You also have the right to know the charges against yourself.

The 6th Amendment also says that you can hear the witnesses testimony.

Most well known about the 6th Amendment is the right to a speedy trial.
