A Hermit crab can not be larger than 6 inches wide.Hermit crabs are yellowish brown and dark red.

Shells that are big and small.When it grows too big to fit in their shells they start searching for another.

Hermit crabs live worldwide in seas and oceans. You can also find them on seashores and in seabeds.

What is this animal's prey?

Hermit crabs eat anything edible and very few species of filter food from the water.

Who or what are this animal's predators?

Larger crabs and maybe larger fish are the hermit crabs predators.
