Meditation project

I found meditation not what i would like to do because i cant stay still for long periods of time. I don't like stay still for a long time because I'm kinda restless. And deep breathing isn't really my thing.

During the meditation i fell asleep so i have almost no idea on what was going on pretty much. I was awake for about 1 minute for the guided meditation. But i did wake up at the end when she said relax. So i literally relaxed. I know the health benefits though so I'm at indecision about it. What I mean is I don't understand.

Meditation - sitting still while deep breathing and not thinking.

mantra - a word you say while meditating.

deep breathing - you breath slowly and deeply.
