<<<<<-<<<<BAD FOODS>>>>->>>>>

Eating healthy is very important at the website“HG HELPGUIDE.ORG” it says that eating healthy can affect mental and emotional health. In the text it says “Eating an unhealthy diet may even play a role in the development of mental health disorders such as ADHD, Alzheimer’s disease, and schizophrenia, or in the increased risk of suicide in young people.” This means that not eating well and healthy can give you all kinds of diseases, and can also lead to young people taking suicide. Ways you can improve on eating healthy foods is by “Eating more fruits and vegetables, cooking meals at home, and reducing your fat and sugar intake.” By doing this you can improve your mood and lower your mental health problems.

<<<<<-<<<<DRUGS>>>>->>>>>

Drugs can affect your body in lots of ways, for example mental health it can be a long-term affect or a short-term affect. In the website “DRUGS.ie” it says, “Drugs that are psychoactive, such as cannabis, alcohol, ecstasy and heroin, have the ability to affect your mood.” It also says, “Drugs interfere with the chemicals in your brain.” This means that drugs affect your mood as in being only sad and not feeling good. This also means that drugs affect the messages the chemicals are trying to send. Short-term effect on mental health is anxiety, mood swings, depression, sleep problems, and more…. Long-term affect on mental health is changing the way a certain chemical affects your brain functions, bad teeth, bad lungs, coma, loss of memory, depression, itching, and more….

<<<<<-<<<<OBESITY>>>>->>>>>

Obesity is a big problem because there is a high risk of health problems. Some risks are heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, type 2 diabetes, abnormal blood fats, cancer, sleep apnea, and more…. In the website “NIH” it says, “As your body mass index rises, so does your risk for coronary heart disease (CHD).” This means that as your fat increases so does your coronary heart disease because plaque in your coronary arteries builds up and then you can get a stroke. Also Type 2 Diabetes get involved when there is too much sugar in your blood, and your body can’t control it. Anyways staying healthy and below obesity can help you from all of the high-risk problems in your body.
