Prequil

There is an endless amount of apps, platforms, subjects, devices, creators, and applications available that it is impossible to create any document that would outline the "Best or Worst, functional or nonfunctional" etc. I chose to do this assignment with the Windows 8 Store apps as this is the computer I have and use along with many out there. I also have an I-PHONE or ios platform and realize that what is contained below is available in one way or another on that as with Android, Samsung and the list goes on. You are entering into an abyss of technologies, some very useful some very useless. It is ridiculous to think you can learn and or cover all of it. Suggestion is to pick the device you like and work within its parameters.  Such as the "Do It Yourself-er" there are many, but few that are good. Choose wisely
