Ancient Greek Architecture

The ancient Greeks developed several styles and components of architecture that is widely used today. One of the most widely used developments is the column, or pillar, as shown above in the Parthenon. The Greeks developed 3 types of columns: the Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian.
The difference between the 3 types of columns is how the top of the column is designed.

The Doric is on the left, the Ionic is in the middle, and the Corinthian is on the right
