How does the type of circuit affect the strand of Christmas lights with a burned out bulb?
Your IV is the circuit and the DV is your Christmas lights.
If the Christmas lights are arranged in a parallel circuit them when 1 bulb bursts (is removed) the other bulb will light up.
The observation for this picture is that all three lights are connected and working, lighting up.
Observation for this picture is that the two light bulbs are working but you can not connect the last part together because it will burn out.
If the Christmas lights are arranged in a series circuit then when 1 bulb bursts (is removed) the other bulbs will light up.
The observation for this picture is that when you connect three bulbs you can do it many ways and it wont burn out the battery.
In this picture the observation is with two light bulbs and they are connected and working even though they took out the third light bulb.
Conclusion I noticed that the light three light bulbs connected right in any way will not burn out but work. And even with two if you connect them right they will work with out burning out. And no matter if you take out light bulbs they will still light up.
