Manslaughter

Murder and manslaughter are very similar and one is taken more seriously than the other. The difference between the two is that murder, is considered to be premeditated and thought out while manslaughter is more sudden and in the moment.

involuntary manslaughter

usually unintentional and caused by reckless behavior, but the killer did not intend on killing the person.

voluntary man slaughter

Voluntary man slaughter is very common to involuntary, the only difference is when this person decides to hurt the other in the moment, they do have the intention to kill, unlike involuntary where it is ruled as an accident unintentional.
