Where Did The Disease Originate and How? :

Avian influenza (also known as bird flu) originated in parts of Asia and the Middle East. It comes from poultry that is infected with the disease. Wild and domesticated birds can both be infected with this disease. Avian influenza in birds is more common in birds in Asia and the Middle East.

How did it spread? :

The birds spread the disease among each other through contact with infected birds or contaminated surfaces. When infected poultry dies and a human comes in contact with it the disease spreads to the human. Then the infected human spreads it to other humans. You cannot get the disease from cooked eggs or poultry.

What does this say about the country? :

It said that the outbreak was in China. It says that nearly all the cases were from workers that worked with poultry. The Chinese government has taken surveillance and control measures to manage the disease. They finally told the WHO on April 10, 2015.

How a major outbreak of this disease (an epidemic or pandemic) could affect a countries government? :

The Chinese government is spending all of it's time on figuring out how to deal with the Avian Influenza outbreak. They have many other matters to attend to but the Avian influenza is still in the way. There is not really any others ways that the disease effects the government. The pandemic of the disease could be on their hands though.

How a major outbreak of this disease (an epidemic or pandemic) could affect a countries economy? :

There are many tourist attractions in China. If no tourist go to china because of the outbreak those tourists attractions won't make any money. We also get many of our products from China. It one of these products are contaminated and cause a pandemic they could lose money because no one would want to by contaminated products.

How a major outbreak of this disease (an epidemic or pandemic) could affect a countries culture and give me a paragraph? :  

If affects children mostly and people of all ages. It has already taken the lives of many people ranging from ages 20-80 and even younger. This slowly takes away from the culture of the Chinese people. Some people don't even understand the medical part of treatment.
