Daughter of Francis Lenn Taylor and Sara Sothern, Elizabeth Taylor was born in Hampstead Garden Suburb, in London England. Elizabeth's first big success was starring in National Velvet. Elizabeth soon became one of the biggest child stars around by the age of twelve. As a child Elizabeth starred in several films such as: Lassie Come Home. Elizabeth soon grew up to be known as one the the "Greatest American Screen Legends." She was married eight times and became at grandma at the age of thirty nine. Elizabeth founded many research programs on Aids and HIV. In 2011 Elizabeth died of Congestive Heart Failure in her home in Los Angeles, California. There has been many books written about Liz and her life. Elizabeth still remains one of the biggest names in film.
