Texas, the Lone star state, and one of the most south states in the United states, is experiencing a drought in nearly the entire state. The 20 million people that live there are impacted somehow. To fix the problem it would cost more than likely millions to billions of dollars to transport all of the water necessary to fix it, and it would only be temperary. People there are trying to use as many back ups as possible, like lakes and boil the water for freshwater. If you want to help, send water bottles to people, a lot of them.
