La Comida

Calzones Rotos- a sweet and soft dough that is  twisted and then fried. Sometimes powdered sugar will be sprinkled on top.

Ingrediantes

  1. •1/2kg de harina
  2. •1/2 taza de leche
  3. •70 grs de margarina
  4. •2 huevos
  5. •3/4 tazas de azúcar
  6. •Ralladura de medio limón
  7. •1 pisca de sal
  8. •1 cucharada de polvos de hornear
  9. • 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla
  10. •Azúcar flor para espolvorear

              Ingredients

  • 2 quarts vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flower plus additional for dusting
  • 6 tablespoons confectioners' sugar plus additional for dusting
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • 1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons brandy, cognac, or pisco
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
