Create a healthy meal plan
Must contain the 5 basic nutrients- carbohydrates, dietary fibre, protein, fats and vitamins and minerals.
-The meal plan will be for one full day
- Try to include the caloric intake of each meal
- Decide how many meals/snacks you feel is appropriate in a day.
- Be sure to include any sporting activities that you may do throughout a typical day as this will directly effect the amount of calories one should intake.
