Mascot Explanation: Is a Band member only (Not the schools real mascot)

University Legacy

Founded in October 1, 1891, Stanford was first issued government land in 1876 when founder Governor Leland Stanford (of California) purchased 650 acres of Rancho San Francisquito for a country home and began the development of his famous Palo Alto Stock Farm. He later bought adjoining properties totaling more than 8,000 acres. But in 1884, when his son died of typhoid fever at 15, Leland and his wife then adopted the mentality that all the children in California were their children as well (To help other children succeed in life as they didn't get to witness their own son's accomplishments) So, to commemorate his death they both wanted to help other children in the world. So as of now, over 16,136 students attend Stanford's vast array of education programs

Letter of Recommendation

To whom it may concern:

Without any doubt Rene Aguilar is a qualified staff member, this is why I write this letter of recommendation. Mr. Aguilar definitely has the qualifications to work in the Nevada Test and training range, he is not only a skilled Aeronautical engineer, he is a good co-worker, he thinks outside of the box and his passion for his job surpasses anyone's bad behavior. Mr. Aguilar is a tremendous asset to any workplace he would join.

His skills include but are not limited to Mr. Aguilar’s ability to design new and or better models of planes. His designs are of extraordinary nature and he can deliver them in half of the time of a normal lesser worker. As I observed him doing his outstanding job it has shown that he handles his job like no one else, you could even say with his determination that it is his life. He always tries to improve the ways of building and he has also found ways of reducing the materials used in this unsparing business. I would say that Mr. Aguilar will have a bright future.

Mr. Aguilar is always up for new challenges not only for his desire of himself, but also to try to sustain this great and unique planet. It is my belief that he would greatly benefit any field of study or extra activities. I'm proud that I can call Rene Aguilar my friend and if you would like to discuss him any further you may contact me at, or via phone (915)630-9881
