absurdism and Dada are very similar and still very different styles of theatrical production both come from the post world wars idea that life is meaningless and both try to show the meaninglessness of life to the audience however Dada strongly believes that everything is meaningless thats a very subtle difference but it is also huge Dada believes that everything from religion to leaving the house is pointless and therefore you must scream into the face of society and say fbheuiAAAAAPH because that has just as much meaning as anything, absurdism is slightly classier they believe that life is meaningless and that when you really get down to it humans are weird and so they try to make people see the weirdness by taking words that are indeed words and making them nonsensical you can see just how bizarre life itself is.
