- The opposite is Utopia is Dystopia. Dystopia is an imagined place where things are bad and unsuccessful. An example for that is kinda like The Hunger Games. Dystopia in The Hunger Games is where the government has complete control over you and and everything you do. The government makes you participate in cruel and unnatural things. As Utopia is a perfect place with no poverty or struggling to have the things you desire.
