President and First Lady push a global program to help educate girls
Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama are setting up a program called "Let Girls Learn" to help girls receive an education that don't attend school. There are many things that prevent girls from having an education. Those things are uniforms, school fees and textbooks. Nearly 7,000 volunteers have joined the organization working with communities, such as the Peace Corp. This is important because people should learn about the sacrifices girls around the world must make to receive an education.
