- Every Thursday, from 4-5, I go to yoga hut for a yoga/boot camp class. It helps a lot with your flexibility, and strength. I've been going for 3 weeks now, and I can feel how much my strength has improved. It's a great thing to do, to get n shape and have fun. You can go with friends or yourself, either way, you'll have fun and get exercise.

The Howard/ Akzo Noble Disc Golf course is a great place to spend a few hours and have fun. It has a few very challenging holes, and a few pretty easy holes. it was my first time doing this, and it was a lot of fun. I look forward to doing it again.
