I have learned from the sleep lab that in the hours I spent more time doing homework and physical activity I got less sleep. When I had less homework I got more sleep. I received 20 more minutes of sleep on a day when I had 30 minutes of homework. I felt more refresh and alert the next morning as well as less stressed because I finished my homework at a reasonable time. The extra time on exercising I was able to release toxins to help my body relax and become tired allowing me to fall asleep faster.
