Morality & Beauty
- Morality is a particular system of values and principles of conduct, especially one held by a specified person or society. For a topic as subjective as morality, people sure have strong beliefs about what's right and wrong. Yet even though morals can vary from person to person and culture to culture, many are practically universal, as they result from basic human emotions. We may think of moralizing as an intellectual exercise, but more frequently it's an attempt to make sense of our gut instincts. Morality could make you a better individual in such a way as in making the right choices.
- Beauty a combination of qualities, such as shape, color, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, especially the sight. Beauty is a characteristic of a person, animal, place, object, or idea that provides a perceptual experience of pleasure or satisfaction. Beauty is studied as part of aesthetics, sociology, social psychology, and culture. An "ideal beauty" is an entity which is admired, or possesses features widely attributed to beauty in a particular culture, for perfection. Beauty can make you a better individual by being a better person.
