What is monarchy?
When a nations government is run by a supreme power or one person until death, also is usually passed down from generation to generation.
Since the power is given from generation to generation of the same family they children are taught how to rule and be a leader from a young age.
Since they don't get elected they don't have to focus on popularity and more on their job. Also since it is a life term they can focus on the big picture and work on long term solutions rather than short term solutions.
Monarchs are not held accountable if they don't becaome effective leaders.
People don't vote for monarchs so they aren't always happy with who's in charge.
"Something as curious as the monarchy won't survive unless you take account of people's attitudes. After all, if people don't want it, they won't have it."
"Democracy... while it lasts is more bloody than either aristocracy or monarchy. Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide."
