Brain Habits...

1. Bad habits are easy to come across but they can just be as easy to fix if you really work on it.

2A. Being on my phone in school

2B. When it goes off.

2C. To get it out of pocket and check it.

2D. There isn't a reward cause I loose my concentration in class and then miss things often.

3. My plan is to turn it on silent and hopefully not have the edge to get it out and look at it unless if out of class or in lunch.

4. A positive habit I would like to create is to remember what I need to do or bring for the next day on a regular basis. Put reminders in my phone at the end of the class.
