Necessary job skills

-Write policies and set goals for companies and make sure they are kept
-Make sure the company makes money and does not spend too much
-Oversee and direct department managers in all areas of the company
-Work with programs, policies, documents, forms, important papers, telephones, and computers                                   

Education Requirements

-Minimum for Entry: Experience making management decisions for a company making similar products or services employers
-Prefer: A 4-year degree or higher in business administration or in a field related to the company's products or
services Skills/Courses
- College courses include business management and accounting
-knowledge of how to make the products or services the company offers.

Arizona State University

- 22% of Bachelor's degrees are in Business/marketing. To apply, they prefer you to have 4 years of math, 3 years of science, 4 years language arts, 2 years of a foreign language, and 1 year of history.

My role models are my parents. My parents are my role models in my life, because they show me how I should act. They also tell me their mistakes so I don't make the same ones as them.
My parents have taught me that if you want something you can go and get it if you work hard and if you have a passion to do it. They lead by example and they effect not just me, but also my younger sister. My parents are very important and influential to me, which is why they have made me who I am today.

In order to be an effective Top executive/manger you must be a good communicator. One of the many top executive duties consists of talking to other branch mangers of the "company to establish the company's goals, and how that branch should act to carry out actions to attain that goal". The duties of an top executive range from making goals for an organization to the hiring of the employees. Top executive oversees the whole company, and in order to be an effective executive, and keep the business prosperous you need to be able to communicate your idea well and appropriate for employees to act to help the company strive.
