Ten to the power

THIS IS FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS MATH CONCEPT

Here is a example :  standard form 590  expanded form (5 x 10 2)+(9x10 1)+(0x10 0)

You see the tiny number next to the 10  it is the amount of zeros that will be in the number. For example 10 1 there is a one next to the ten that stands for the other zeros. 10 1 =10,10 2 =100, 10 3=1,000, 10 4 =10,000 , 10 5 =100,000 etc.
