Ideas, Reminders, and Thoughts to Ponder...

Happy Halloween!

Boo!  Happy Halloween!

1. "There comes a special moment in everyone's life, a moment for which that person was born. That special opportunity, when he seizes it, will fulfill his mission- a mission for which he is uniquely qualified. In that moment, he finds his greatness.  It is his finest hour." - Winston Churchill

2.

A sad employee left his job of many years

Most days he worked like the day before

He wasn't disliked by colleagues, but he wont be missed

And while he made good money, he felt quite poor.

He always did what he was paid to do and nothing more

And he did it without having any fun.

He performed his job like he lived his life:

He did it the way it has always been done.       - Mark Sanborn

Try something new, take a risk, be bold!

I would love to give a shout out to Jackie Simon and Laura Pearson for their support so far this year. Their flexibility and willingness to "share ownership" of students has made this a successful year for our struggling kiddos. Thank you for all you do!

Amy Robinson is forever cheerful (except her disease emails) and inspires me to be more patient with our kids.

Ooh, ooh. How about those Kindergarten teachers? Seeing the students parade up and down the great hallway in their character costumes reminded me of the Halloween parades I had in elementary school. So great to see kids enjoying the holiday!

Big round of applause to Sooz! She has a tough job but often goes above and beyond what the scope of her job calls for because she deeply cares about all of us!
