What Fall Means To Me

Kaylah Brende

I hear the rustling leafs chattering into the wind as they’re crashing down onto the crisp, sparkling grass, I notice it’s a beautiful day to play outside, hearing the birds chirping and singing their wondrous songs. And I see the leaf piles stacked upon the green grass. I jump in the colorful leafs with excitement, when I hear them crumbling is giving me chills. As I see the summer is changing to brilliant shades of red, yellow, and orange, I see that everyone is getting their costumes ready for this new time. And still thinking what I’m going to where, I’m still not sure yet. As the air is getting colder and frostier, the birds are going south. So start bundling up for this new season. And I see the summer is gone and a new season has begone.
