Chair- “The meeting will come to order. The secretary will call the roll.”

Secretary- reads the roll

Step 2)

Chair- “The secretary will read the minutes.”

Secretary- reads the minutes

Chair- “Are there any corrections to the minutes?”

Step 3)

Chair- “Does the secretary have any correspondence?”

Step 4)

Chair- “The next item on the agenda is the Reports of Special Committees. Would the chairman of the (committee name) please give a report?”
