1) use normal words: don't use words like ur or thx.

2) do not write in all CAPS: if you wright in all CAPS it looks like your YELLING.

3) be concise and to the point: if you take along time to send an email people will not want to chat with you.

4) don't be mean if someone misspells a word it happens to everyone

5) make sure that you read your email before you send it to check for bad grammar or misspelled words
