When writing a email u should Answer all questions. Use Proper grammar and punctuation! Do not use text speak or it will go straight in to the trash if your applying for a job or even sending a email to your teacher! When your writing to a teacher always put Dear, Your name and class period! Say sincerely after your done write the email because its polite. Always put your last name because if your sending to a teacher there might be more people with the same name as you! Use a proper greeting!
