Seasonal Affective Disorder

Seasonal Affective Disorder "SAD" is depression associated with late autumn and winter and thought to be caused by a lack of light.

About 6% of people have this disorder. Another 10%-20% have it mildly. If you have symptoms such as a drop of energy level, a heavy feeling of arms and legs,  difficulty in concentrating, or increased sensitivity to social rejection, you may have SAD.
