Electric Energy

By Natalia Paolini-Medina

Definition: Energy made available by the flow of electric charge through a conductor.

Electricity is a manufactured thing, it is normally “manufactured” by an electric generator, and after the energy is made in the generator, it is used. Electricity is a secondary resource, which means, we generate it.

Five Examples:

1.We use it collect fossil fuels.

2. We use it to power our electronic devices.

3. We also use it to power our homes, if it electrically powered (electric stove)

4. We use it to heat water and also for light fixtures.

5. We also use it for medical reasons, for example when you are doing surgery.

Why I am the most important:

I think that I am the most important because, we use this energy every day for everything. Also without this then we wouldn’t have made the advances that we have made. These include, landing a man on the moon, advances in medicine, war materials, communication, and many more.

There is no need to scare, I’ll always be there when you need
to use an electronic device.
