Wrapping it up... At Sara Harp Minter

April seems like a blur for me, as I am certain it does for you. Innovative Technology was pushed to the side for testing, and here we are with only three weeks left in our year. Here are a few thoughts I wanted to share during these crazy last days.

If student have their own devices during these last days, we have no clue what apps families have allowed, or have no knowledge of, that students are using and exposing other students to. Anything we can do to keep the device usage to strictly educational based activities would be best.

Web Tools

I have been able to use a neat site called GeoGuessr with a few classes as I had sporadically in April. The is an incredibly fun (and addictive) Google based geography game! The kids have loved it, and it is a wonderful way to keep them engaged in these last few weeks!

End of The Year

I will be sending out an end of the year info sheet in the next week or two. I will not be collecting anything of yours, this will simply guide you in what you can do to make sure everything is ready to run perfectly smooth in the fall!
