39: Everyone one had the right to be who they are and cannot be stripped of their freedoms that they are born with it. The government cannot stop what he is doing or send someone to stop them. They government can only get involved if someone has down something against the law, which a jury or your peers or a judge will sentence you. 6th Amendment
40: The government can't sell out someone's freedom or rights. They cannot deny or delay anyone's freedom.
41: This is saying that during time of peace people can leave and come as wanted . The 3rd amendment applies to this because it is only an option during peacetime
42:People could stay in a "kingdom" except during time of way they had to go back to their "kingdom" for a short period of time. It could relate to the laws dealing with terrorists attacks
60: Whenever you were in their town, you had to obey there laws a if it was there own town where they came from. Once the laws are made, they can't be changed or broken. If you break a law, you can go to jail
63: The 10th amendment, where the Magna Carta doesn't limit the rights that we have. Also, the Magna Carta shouldn't be twisted into a way that could be used for one's own good
