Help Wanted:Counseling Psychologist
Looking for someone to:
Assess and evaluate individuals' problems through the use of case history, interviews, and observation and provide individual or group counseling services to assess individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
Collect information about individuals and clients
Document patient information including session notes, progress notes, recommendations, and treatment plans.
Supervise interns, clinicians in training, and other counselors.
Evaluate the results of counseling methods to determine the reliability and validity of treatments.
Counseling Psychologists often work in private practice. They have their own offices and are able to establish their own working schedule. It is important to note that many psychologists that run their own businesses frequently work evening or weekend hours in order to accommodate the schedules of their clients.
Social- Social occupations frequently involve working with, communicating with, or teaching people.
Investigative- Frequently involve working with ideas, and require an extensive amount of thinking.
Artistic- Frequently involve working with forms, designs, ad patterns. Work can be done without a clear set of rules.
