He also facilitated the acquisition of a 493,000-square-foot warehouse for DaimlerChrysler Corp. in Orlando. For Kohl’s Corporation, Arnold Schlesinger provided an 89,480-square-foot building in Flagstaff, Arizona, which Newsweek magazine ranked number one for environmental sustainability in its category. The real estate executive and his wife have funded a medical-radiation protection facility at Ariel University in Israel, and they also support Cedars-Sinai medical center in Los Angeles.
