Help me raise money
FOR. THE. KIDS.
What is BuckeyeThon?
BuckeyeThon is the largest, student-run philanthropy at Ohio State. With an ultimate goal of ending childhood cancer, BuckeyeThon works to raise money to support the kids treated at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Nationwide Children's Hospital is Columbus, Ohio's Children's Miracle Network Hospital and will treat any child regardless of a family's ability to pay. BuckeyeThon hosts events and activities throughout the year to raise money For The Kids. Its largest event is the annual Dance Marathon which brings together thousands of Buckeyes in The Ohio Union.
What is my role?
As Vice President of Public Relations in my professional marketing, sales and management fraternity, Pi Sigma Epsilon, I am trying to make an impact at Ohio State. In the service aspect, I largely focus on fundraising for BuckeyeThon. This dance marathon is one way that I can directly change the lives of children who are in the fight to beat cancer. My organization is going to be present the entire 24 hours. I will be dancing 12 hours from 8pm to 8am.
Why do I need your help?
Each participant is required to raise at minimum $100 for the event. Please help me reach this goal! You could make your impact on the fight to end childhood cancer.
