Bring your own mat to the gym or yoga practices! It is much more sanitary!


Your Workout will be way more killer if you are quenching your thirst during it between cardio/weight sets! Even though we like water better when it is icey cold-you actually hydrate your body faster and more when the water is room temperature!

Heart Rate Monitor

Only a heart rate monitor can keep track of how hard your workout actually is! The machine you are on does not accurately calcuate your heart rate-meaning it doesn't know exactly how many calories you are burning off!


Add those weights in to make sure you are building up your muscle after a cardio sesh!
