About Chris Tschirhart
Throughout his 30-year career, Chris Tschirhart has established himself as a dedicated and highly capable leader in the field of civil engineering. He spent more than 13 years as a project manager with the Regional Transportation Commission in Reno, Nevada, where he managed the design and construction of two major transit centers in Sparks and Reno. Most recently, Chris Tschirhart served as a senior engineer with Anderson Perry & Associates in La Grande, Oregon, where he developed a new quality control system and applied it to projects such as Benton Irrigation District Irrigation System Improvements, Cove Wastewater System Improvements, and Baker City Resort St. Reconstruction.
Before commencing his career, Chris Tschirhart received a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. After completing his undergraduate studies, he worked as a project coordinator with Byrn and Associates in San Marcos, Texas and went on to pursue a master of business administration from Texas State University.
