About Gilles Thieffry

Leveraging more than a quarter century of experience in international finance and business law, Gilles Thieffry currently works as a founding partner at GTLaw, a Geneva-based firm dedicated to finance law as applied to both commodities and capital markets. A highly focused practice, GTLaw furnishes value-added services buttressed by a lean operation that lacks the overhead costs of larger firms. Complementing his experience as an attorney, Gilles Thieffry has served as a director of several enterprises, including Nelson Resources Limited of Bermuda, an oil business pursuing interests in Kazakhstan.

Mr. Thieffry is involved in professional organizations based in Europe and the United States. He belongs to the Law Society of England and Wales, the Ordre des avocats de Paris, the American Bar Association, and the Geneva Bar Association.
