About Hadley Weiler
Hadley Weiler has a longstanding interest in employer-based solutions to health insurance coverage in the changing health care regulatory environment. For the past three years, he has guided LISI, a general insurance agency in Sacramento, California, as its executive director of sales. Joining the firm as sales director in 2008, he supervised the insurance firm’s northern California regional sales managers and helped the company maintain market leadership in a highly competitive territory. In his current position, Hadley Weiler makes sure that brokers receive comprehensive training that enables them to expand their knowledge and excel professionally.
Mr. Weiler completed his B.A. in communications, film, and media at Brigham Young University and began his insurance career as a broker with Aetna, Inc. Quickly promoted to sales manager, he exceeded his sales quotas and earned the Top District Broker Sales award. Mr. Weiler subsequently joined Colonial Life Insurance, where he served as the manager of its northern California-northern Nevada territory.
When he is not busy with his duties at LISI, Hadley Weiler enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing and playing golf.
