HIT THE ROAD PAUL

Welcome! Get in. Put on your seat belt and join me for a fun drive through the city. I have to get downtown to pick up a document. I only have 45 minutes. But during my trip, you can improve your English. Sound good?

Great! Because that's what HIT THE ROAD PAUL is all about: a fun 4 Part Video Course designed for intermediate students. It's a great opportunity to increase active knowledge of phrasal verbs, idioms and collocations, and real speaking patterns of native speakers.

During the journey, I describe what I do, what others do, things I've done in the past, what I'll do in the future, general traffic conditions, problems, feelings, decisions and even some technical and fun facts. The bottom line is that the language I use can be used not only to talk about traffic, but applied to other situations.

I've designed this course for both students and teachers of English. Each episode contains a video, a study guide and a quiz.

So how much does it cost you to take advantage of this course? Nothing. It's my gift to you. Of course, I'll be grateful if you share and recommend this material, like My Facebook Page and subscribe to My YouTube Channel.

Are you ready? Let's go!

PRIVATE LESSONS

Interested in Lessons with me? For over 15 years, I've been training students, professionals and executives from all over the world to speak and write better English. I developed a contextual and dynamic approach to learning English called The Story Method, which takes students on a journey of language and culture so they can reach their destinations.

soundtrack

I love music and love to listen to it when I drive, especially rock and roll. A lot of students have asked about the music that plays in the background of this video series. Among the featured artists are The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, the soundtrack of several famous films (including Rocky III ) and one of my personal favorites, Argentine rock legend Gustavo Cerati. For you, here is the HTRP Playlist. Enjoy!

Hit The Road, Teachers!

In this talk, I explain my experience making the video series HIT THE ROAD PAUL and provide tips to language teachers on how they can create their own engaging language videos with simple tools and no previous experience.
