About Lisa Vaccarielli
A nurse by profession, Lisa Vaccarielli also takes an active role in her community. She donates on an annual basis to such local and national charities as the Long Island Children's Museum, Long Island Hospital, and the Christopher Reeve Foundation. Regardless of her own financial situation, Lisa Vaccarielli donates to two charities each year.
A globally minded individual, Lisa Vaccarielli enjoys traveling to new places. She has visited Tokyo, as well as numerous European destinations. Equally diverse in her culinary tastes, she enjoys cooking such varied dishes as cheesecake and Chilean sea bass.
In her professional life, Ms. Vaccarielli provides nursing services that include thorough patient education as well as medical attention. She gives each patient comprehensive information on diagnoses, treatments, and medications, thus helping patients take an active role in managing their own health. She holds a degree in nursing and health care administration from Iona College, where she regularly made the dean's list and graduated with a grade point average (GPA) of 3.052.
