About Miken Construction

With headquarters in Ontario, Canada, Miken Construction provides superior REO repair, hazard insurance services, property preservation, and commercial repairs with a focus on excellent customer service and support. Since it was established in 1996, the company has emerged as an industry leader in cost effective construction services. Miken Construction holds current memberships with industry organizations such as the Washington, D.C., real estate finance organization, Mortgage Bankers Association; resource mortgage banking network, USFN; and REOMAC, a nonprofit trade association.

With a mission to provide the mortgage industry with property loss mitigation and value added services, Miken Construction welcomes every opportunity to employ its expertise in preserving and protecting property. Because it oversees crews around the country with an internal management system, Miken Construction ensures seamless communication and efficient and effective services. In addition to access to teams of specialists, customers will enjoy the ease and efficiency of the Client Web Portal. Clients can, at their convenience, access up-to-date job reports, allowing them to make informed decisions about jobs such as mold remediation, repairing damage from fire and vandalism, landscaping, and lock installation.

Miken Construction invites independent contractors and inspectors to join the company’s vast network of support specialists. Vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors undergo intensive screening to select applicants who will provide expert contracting services. When prospective contractors submit the requisite application materials, including proof of General Liability Insurance, a contractor’s business license, proof of bonding, and proof of United States citizenship, Miken Construction searches its network for potential fits. If an opening exists, crew development contacts the applicant for the next phase of the application process. Once hired, subcontractors receive support from project managers, coordinators, and field personnel.
