About Dr. Ronald Sollitto

An experienced foot and ankle surgeon, Ronald Sollitto, DPM, MD, MPH, has been a leader in the medical community in New Jersey for over three decades. The surgical experience of Dr. Ronald Sollitto includes holding hospital appointments at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Hackensack University Medical Center, and Passaic Beth Israel Hospital Center. As an administrator, he previously served as Director of Podiatric Surgery at The ILA Medical Center and New York Shipping Association, as well as Chairman of Podiatry at Saddle Brook General Hospital in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. In 1993, Dr. Ronald Sollitto established Saddle Brook Surgicenter, Inc., one of New Jersey’s first Ambulatory Surgery Centers. He currently oversees operations of Saddle Brook Surgicenter as Administrator and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the facility has achieved an excellent reputation in the local medical community. The facility is fully licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.

Dr. Ronald Sollitto holds leadership experience as Commissioner and Vice President of the New Jersey PBA Physician’s Association. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons, and the American College of Foot & Ankle Orthopedics. Over the course of his career, he has held membership with the American Podiatric Medical Association, the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society, and the New Jersey Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.

Dr. Ronald Sollitto earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from The New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1977. While completing his surgical residency at hospitals affiliated with the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, he achieved the role of Chief Surgical Resident in 1979. Dr. Ronald Sollitto more recently went on to earn a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Health Sciences, Antigua College of Medicine and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University. Native to Augusta, Georgia, he currently resides in Saddle River, New Jersey.
