Lipid 2.2.3

It is important to contain foods with lipids because there are many important things that make up a lipid. A lipid contains a triglyceride which is the main storage for energy. Lipid's are examples of neutral fats, phospholipids and cholesterol. Lipids are also important because they contain cholesterol which is the main building block for stabilizing all animal cell membranes. Lipids are in foods such as burgers, fries, eggs, butter, steak and almonds.
