The Cfa is a humid subtropical climate that has summers and thunderstorms. The Winters are mild and there is precipitation during this season. The precipitation comes from mid-latitude cyclones. This type of climate is common on the east coast continents.
The locations where this type of climate occurs in Southeastern United States, northern Argentina, Uruguay, southern Brazil, southern Japan, and southern China.
The Cfa climate summers are very humid and precipitation varies from 650 to 2500 mm or 26 to 98 in.. The average temperature of the warmest month is above 72°F. The average temperature of the coldest month is below 64°F, but above 27°F.
