A renowned restaurant consultant with a proven record of success within the industry, Adam Block founded Block & Associates, LLC (B&A) more than two decades ago. He continues to serve as the firm’s founding principal. Since establishing his consulting firm, Adam Block has offered his expertise to many of the leading restaurants and hotels in the world. He is a well-known professional within the highest culinary circles of New York, Las Vegas and San Francisco. Throughout the years, Adam Block has led Block & Associates through more than 1,200 successful projects within the hospitality and dining industry. Offering a broad array of services, Adam Block has served as a restaurant consultant for clients engaged in project development, feasibility studies, and numerous other matters.

Throughout his distinguished history as a restaurant consultant, Adam Block has worked with some of the most capable chefs and restaurateurs in the world. Adam Block has consulted with Alice Waters, who is famous for her work at Chez Panisse. He has also assisted Thomas Keller, an industry leader known for his work at the French Laundry and Per Se.
